You can Play Flash (.flv) files in your article, as long as the file is hosted on a web server on the web.
How?
Find the URL to this Flash file (with extension .flv) - Go to your article editor and type in brief text - highlight this text and link it to the URL of the Flash file (linking .. this is the link/chain icon in the editor menu - you use this to link to other web sites). Click publish and your done - view the Flash media in your blog.
Hosting your own flash file (.flv) - many free services are available on the web that offer free web space for any type of file - just make sure they allow hot linking (that is direct access to the file from any browser).
